Project highlights

The scope of work involves the following: –
1) Covering the entire roof with galvulium sheets
2) Dome polycarbonate to be repaired for inside aesthetics
3) Electrical and Fire detection & protection works
4) Providing covers on individual floors in plumbing shaft
5) shifting of pumps on ground level & Constructing a shed
6) Rectification of false ceiling, plaster, etc.
7) Plumbing works
8) Interior & Exterior (partly considered)
9) Providing MS grills in the stilt floor and replacing terrace doors
10) Structural repairs of concrete
11) Rectification of vitrified & granite flooring, pavers, concrete road wherever damaged
12) Lower level roof @1.95m LVL – 4 places to be laid with galvalume
13) Ducts to be covered at all floor levels as per fire dept instructions
14) Fire pump to be extended till walls of water tank with windows and door
15) Tranformer room door, roof extension
16) Parking and Security shed cover
17) Compound wall – coating to exposed laterite
