Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 5 Nos. pre-fabricated Modular Operation Theatres along with centralised medical gas pipe system within the 5 No. OTs at Goa Medical College & Hospital, Bambolim, Goa

Project highlights

(1) Wall and ceiling paneling of 1.2 mm thick, 304 grade stainless steel for the O.Ts.
(2) Each O.T. has 2 nos. hermetically sealed sliding aluminium doors which will be manually and automatic foot operated.
(3) The inside of the O.T. is painted with special anti bacterial paints.
(4) The flooring of the O.Ts is of anti static conductive tile type, laid on a semi conductive base, fitted with copper grounding strips connected to copper wire for grounding. Flooring iswelded so as to give a seamless floor.
(5) The O.T. walls have a hatch for disposal of soiled/waste materials from the O.T to the dirty corridor, a O.T. control panel, a writing board, a x-ray viewing screen, a stainless steel storage unit, pressure switches for surgeon control panel and other electrical accessories.
(6) The OT ceiling have air ceiling management system comprising of ceiling suspended horizontal medical supply unit media bridge with provision for housing the medical gas pendants, electrical sockets and sliding trolleys for supporting medical equipments, Homogenous Low Turbulance laminar airflow ceiling, twindome LED lights, peripheral lights cum clean room luminaries fitted in the CG frame, etc.
(7) The ceiling of OT has clean room RGB luminaries.
(8) Duplex anesthetic gas scavenging system, medical gas piping with necessary area alarm system, installation of medical gas accessories, supply and installations of scrub stations etc.
(9) All medical gas piping work, AC ducting work, electrical work within the OT area are all covered under this scope of work
