• Basement (Area: 1095.76 sq.mts) : Canteen, equipment / store room, hospital store, electrical room, CSSD, changing rooms for gents & ladies staff, morgue, garbage collection, toilet facilities.
• Ground Floor (Area: 2558.21 sq.mts) : General ward (female), general ward (male), general ward (gynaecology) with nurses’ rooms & attached toilet blocks, 6 special rooms, linen store rooms for each ward, ultrasound, treatment room, examination room, x-ray, dark room, doctor’s room, ECG room, reception counter, waiting area & toilet facilities.
• First Floor (Area: 2537.65 sq.mts) : Registration counter, ENT, DOTS centre, skin specialist, general medicine store, pharmacy, waiting area, procedure room, immunization, dental, physiotherapist, pathologist room, laboratory, sample distribution & sample collection room, cabins for health officer & medical officer, administration block, neonatal ward with nurses room, cabin for neonatologist, sanitary inspector room, operation theatres, hall for anganwadi meetings & toilet facilities.
