The project includes upgradation / renovation of Government college building in a plot area of 39,936.55 sq. m., located at Quepem taluka in South Goa district. The building is designed as per standard building codes. The proposed Government college building involves construction of 3 new blocks which includes Arts, Science & Commerce Block including Administrative. It also includes upgradation of existing block of area 2107.33 sq. m. in which mainly plastering, tiling, false ceiling and electrical works etc. will be carried out. The project also includes a Multipurpose Hall with seating capacity of 800. A running track of 400 m is also being designed with ground.
