Project highlights

The said building is being constructed with RCC framed structure and is Parking + 4 storey building with adequate toilet facilities for ladies & gents, staff & public.
The parking floor (1,352 sq. m.) consists of canteen, kitchen, 2 & 4 wheeler parking, electrical & generator room, BMS room.
The ground floor consists of the following (918 sq. m.) :-
• Reception / Waiting area, Clock Room & Security.
• Coordination section comprises of Research Assistant, Dy. Director’s cabin and office for 12 staff members.
• Administrative Section comprises of Accounts Section & Staff, Stationery Room and Lobby area.
• Training Room of 141.25 sq. m. comprises of Stage with Green Room and seating of approximately 120 persons.
The first floor consists of the following (823 sq. m.) :-
• Publication Department consists of Research Assistant, Dy. Director’s cabin and staff.
• Meeting Room, Mess Room.
• State Income Section consisting of Price Section, Research Assistant, Dy. Director’s cabin and staff.
• Planning Section consisting of Research Assistant, Dy. Directors cabin & staff.
The second floor consists of the following (823 sq. m.) :-
• Recreational Hall, Library, Central Store Room.
• Evaluation Section consisting of Research Assistant, Dy. Directors cabin & staff.
• NSS Department consisting of Dy. Directors cabin & staff.
The third floor consists of the following (823 sq. m.) :-
• Meeting Hall, Computer Lab, Server Room.
• RBD Section consisting of 2 nos. of Research Assistant, Dy. Directors cabin & staff.
• Joint Director’s cabin, Meeting Room.
The total built up area of the building is 3250 sq. mts., parking area is 1,352 sq. m. and external development area is 2,250 sq. m.
