Project highlights
The Grade Separator consists of two U-shaped Flyovers one towards Verna and the other towards Vasco side of the Goa International Airport at Dabolim. This was the need of the hour considering the massive traffic movement from all sides of Goa, on the roads leading to Dabolim airport, especially during peak hours of the flight movement, eventually resulting into traffic congestion near the airport. These two newly constructed flyovers along with the slip roads facilitate smooth traffic movement towards and away from the airport and also avoids traffic congestion near the airport. Total length of the flyover towards Verna is 686.74 m, including two approach roads from two ends of this flyover. Total length of the flyover towards Vasco is 579.34 m, including two approach roads from two ends of this flyover. In addition to the two flyovers, two slip roads of 7.5m carriageway width has been constructed towards Verna and one slip road of 7.5m carriageway width has been constructed towards Vasco which will carry dedicated traffic in and out of the+G1414 airport
