Project highlights

The renovated office premises of Excise Station, involves repair of ground and Mezzanine Floor. Parking provision is also provided for 6nos (four wheelers) and 12nos (two wheelers). The project methodology involves adaptive reuse of this heritage structure including.
a) Major civil repairs to existing structure.
b) Reconstruction of the collapsed part of the existing structure.
c) Structural retrofit to conform to standard building codes.
d) Upgradation of existing facilities including Civil and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works to conform to higher standard of usability.
e) Interior refurbishment to facilitate efficient usage.
