Repair and upgrade the existing structure by maintaining the original aesthetics (old age Portuguese Structure) with lot of problems like roof leakages, wall cracks and uneven plaster surfaces, wall dampness, leakages in toilet etc The upgraded structure will house the following facilities-3 Dormitaries on GF,altar room, visitors room/ office on FF, kitchen, dinning, store room, fire wood store room, toilet blocks.
