Construction of National Institute of Water Sports Campus at Caranzalem, Goa – Balance – Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting and HVAC works

Project highlights

1. The total area of land is 65,509 sq. mts. situated at Caranzalem, Taluka Tiswadi, District North, Goa which is owned by the Government of India, Department of Tourism, New Delhi.
2. The land is at a level of around 2.50 to 3.00 mts. below the existing road level and requires development by filling.
3. The scope of the project includes construction of administration / academic building to accommodate administrative and office set-up including classrooms, canteen, conference room, library, computer centre, examination centre, etc.
4. Hostel buildings for girls and boys including guest suit.
5. Staff quarters.
6. Site development.
7. Swimming pool (Olympic size) – 50 x 25 m
8. Boundary walls, etc.
9. The total built up area of the proposed building is 4986 sq.m.
10. The project also includes provision of UG water tank, substation, etc.
11. External site development work such as concrete roads, local stone / concrete pavers, covered SW drains, sewerage water supply, landscaping, gates, etc.
