Renovation of Building of Directorate of Higher Education at Porvorim-Goa – Balance – Civil, Plumbing and Fire Fighting work

Project highlights

The Existing building (Renovation Work) for D.H.E officers with an area of 2196 sq.mts and Proposed Building are the requirement for the Higher Educational Council with a total area of 4090 sq.mts which include interesting spaces like conference hall, auditorium, lecture hall and open offices. The total built up area of the both building is 6287. Sq.mts.
Concept of Proposed building to designed interior was planned in conjunction with the building with modular systems and custom-made furniture. Large open offices for working staff the building also consists of several spaces such as auditorium, circular conference hall, basement for Car parking’s.
• Proposed Building was the ideal concept designed for Higher Education Council after the Presentation was given to the Chairman of the Council.
• Proposed Building was also designed considering to accommodate the staff members of the Higher Education council.
• Addition to the Council accommodation the requirements form the Client was also to get the Higher dignitaries meetings in the Multipurpose Halls
• High-hand studio with Advance Equipment’s to Record High Quality Audio-Video Lectures
• Overall Idea of the Proposed Building was to Use the Infrastructure as a Bench mark in Advance quality Training, Development and Educating the Teachers and Students of Goa.
