Present Status

Work order issued to Contractor on 13/02/2009. The Consultant has submitted working drawings on 26th March 2009 for working out quantities. Provisional extension granted to the Contractor upto 30/11/2010. Contractor has procured some materials  and work started  in non-AC areas. Framework at 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floor in progress (90% done). Fixing of ceiling panels on hold pending HVAC work and fire fighting work. Floor completed on 2nd & 4th floor in non-AC area. On 3rd floor, work is on hold pending CCTV cabling.
